Patriotic Trash by the Ocean Water-3

The Dirtiest Beach Day of the Year

Every year, July 5th marks the dirtiest day on America’s beaches. For over 20 years, Surfrider volunteers have shown up to clean the mess after the crowds have gone home. This July 5th, join Grays Harbor Surfrider at a beach cleanup and rally your local network to help raise funds to protect our beaches year-round!

Dirtiest Beach Day of the Year

Fireworks fizzle, but the mess sticks around—July 5th is our beaches’ least favorite holiday. At Ocean Shores, the Grays's Harbor Surfrider Chapter passes out blue trash bags on July 4th and leads the charge to clean up on July 5th. Want to turn the tides? We need volunteers for both days—tap the link below to join the cleanup crew!
