Biden Administration Protects U.S. Coasts From New Offshore Oil Drilling
On January 6, President Biden announced the withdrawal of the entire U.S. East Coast, the eastern Gulf of Mexico, the Pacific off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, and additional portions of the Northern Bering Sea in Alaska from future oil and gas leasing.

Ocean Friendly Restaurants
Rediviva is now a Ocean Friendly Restaurant
Rediviva in Aberdeen is Grays Harbor's first Ocean Friendly Restaurant, known for its sustainable menu using local ingredients. Located at 118 E. Wishkah Street, it's open for dinner Wednesday to Saturday. The Surfrider Foundation's program supports restaurants eliminating single-use plastics to foster a community advocating for plastic-free practices.
